At Know My Device, we take pride in offering high-quality digital services. Since our services are delivered virtually and tailored specifically to each client, we maintain a clear Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure transparency and fairness.

1. Digital Services & Non-Tangible Nature

All services offered by Know My Device — including SEO, PPC, device consultation, and campaign support — are non-tangible, digitally delivered solutions. Once a service has been initiated or delivered, it cannot be returned or revoked.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment was made by the client
  • Service was not delivered as promised and no work was started
  • Technical failure on our end that prevents service delivery
All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a service request within 1 hour of booking, provided that the service has not yet been initiated. Once our team begins consultation, campaign work, or technical review, the order cannot be cancelled.
